変わり種月餅

こんにちは。FISです。
引き続き、今日も月餅の話題を。

先日、お隣マレーシアジョホールバルから来た友人に頂いた月餅です。
その名もShanghai Mooncake。
コッペパン型の、シンガポールではあまり見かけないタイプの月餅。

それぞれ、ロータス餡、パンダン味、小豆味。
右端の３つ穴は黄身有無の区別のためらしいです。
さくさくビスケットのガワが◎。

This is the mooncake given by a friend from JB, Malaysia.  It`s called Shanghai Mooncake.
Unique shape and hardly find similar ones in Singapore.

It has lotus, pandan, red bean flavour.  Buttery flavour biscuit does good job.
